This company replaced my roof in 2022. On March 4th 2025, we had high winds and the some shingles on the east side of the roof lifted. There is a warranty for labor and material for 5 years per the owner. I called him and he assured me in a voice text that they would come fix it. Told me he would be there on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning via text. No show. And never will the way I see your people in your company trucks just completely trash a good section of 281 cause they're too lazy to take care of the trash on the trailer and the truck, just complete laziness and negligence , just trashy as all can be
Professional, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Had entire roof replaced on a 3,400 sq ft home with a difficult high pitched roof. Workmanship exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the Bear Roofing Team!
If I could give Shawn and Bear Roofing MORE than 5 stars I certainly would! I was referred to them by a co-worker at my job who had roofing damage a few years ago and he said "Call these guys right here and they will help you and take care of you!" I didn't know any contractors and had never had roof damage before, so I called not knowing what to expect. Darryl was very professional and very responsive to all my questions. The roof crew was very friendly, quickly stripped the old and and secured the new roof and cleaned up. Started at 3pm, done before the sunset!
