Bear River Storage had been so great to work with. They are fair and there to help you out. The site is very clean and has easy access to any of there units. Kristi the manager had been a delight toneork with.

Cleanest most secure storage in Utah county. The owners are great too. Not only is the site safe and clean, the owners live on property and manage every detail. Modern security and 24 hour access and no “shenanigans” . All at market rates.
I utilized climate control storage for a few months here. They quickly issued me a unit, supplied me with the necessary lock (which I bought separately), provided me a password to get through the locked gate, and made the terms very clear for monthly renewal fees. I appreciate that the gate opens between 6AM and 10 PM. The space was clean with mouse prevention in use.
