I had a disappointing experience with a therapist at Bear River Mental Health, specifically Tim Mitchell. During my sessions, I felt uncomfortable with the way certain topics were handled. At times, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and there were moments where comments came across as dismissive toward women’s perspectives. The front desk staff are terrible!! They have no training for customer service and especially with mental health patients. Don't go here if you have any other options.

I don't remember his name but the guy I saw last summer for anxiety and depression helped me a lot. He helped me identify and build skills for my adhd, too. I stopped going because I was feeling better but to this day I still remember the advice and am grateful for the advice he gave me. If I could remember his name I'd recommend him.

I had a good experience as a patient here. I felt a little out of place sometimes, based on who else was waiting in the lobby, or some of the services that the therapist offered to me during our first few visits. It just seemed like I was not a part of the demographic that was usually being helped. But for me, it was exactly what I needed at the right time. I recommend at least giving them a shot.
