Off and on with their company for over 10 years, I’ve asked for discounts for a year and there weren’t any. Had an issue adding my sons car and all I get from the agents is we sent you letters and there is nothing we can do. I should have got a credit but from what we paid the next month there was no credit added to our account and the agent just played the blame game saying they are slow. There wasn’t a credit don’t tell me there was, just got more money out of me
