Can’t get any answers on issues or phone calls returned. Going on a week straight with no returned calls after coming to my property and not fixing the problem.
We have had nothing but problems with the ac and furnace in our house since we built. Eventually stopped returning our calls and wouldn't take care of it. It has now been about 6 years and not one year that I can think of have we not had a problem.
He won't finish the job he was paid for and doesn't return phone calls.
We've had nothing but problems from install. Last problem "supposedly fixed" but since he left it has never worked and he won't return our calls or answer the phone. Really mad I basically gave him free money and now I have to pay someone else to fix it again.
