In two separate visits Nacho replaced the hot water heater valve and repaired my 7-way connector wiring for my rv. Would highly recommend.
Nacho was amazing. He came out to get our AC going after our previous one went out. I installed the new one, but it wouldn’t come on. He was able to find the issue within 15 minutes, and gave me a lesson on troubleshooting for the future. Thanks again for the great service!
We're out here camping at the Frio for Thanksgiving when we had a refrigerator failure in our RV. We saw the Bear Ridge logo on a truck in the area and called for service - since we're both in the Houston area and far from home. Our refrigerator in our 5th wheel quit working so we had Ignacio from Bear RV Mobile service come out. It quit early evening and he was able to come out early the next morning. Ignacio diagnosed the problem, did the necessary repair and got us back a cold refrigerator and freezing freezer! We are back on the road! Nacho was at a neighbor's RV, and I asked him if he would look at one of my awnings on my RV to see what I needed to do to get it fixed. He was super helpful and took pictures of the damage so I could get with the dealership for manufacuter's warranty replacement.
