The only reason you should live here is because you have no other options. Yes it is the cheapest place I could find. Pros: price, maintenance staff. Cons: walls are thin, old buildings, no washer and dryer in units. Bottom line: THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!! You will never see your deposit again! They will overcharge you for minor things to keep your deposit! I got charged $100 for carpet cleaning and they have been removing all the carpet out of the studio units and replacing it with laminate flooring!!! I wouldn’t live here un... read more
I lived here for about 9 months and didn’t have any major issues. The complex has the cheapest rent you’ll find in Flagstaff by far. It was the only place I could afford without roommates, which was the main appeal. The apartments are definitely bare bones with paper thin walls, cheaply made appliances, peeling floors, etc. Given that rent was about $400/month cheaper than any other apartment in town, I didn’t have any complaints. After reading the reviews for this place, the owners and management should be ashamed of themselves. The rating for this complex would be even lower, but someone left a five star review discussing a resort hotel. I feel bad for the tenants. Of course, you have to be crazy to get into the property rental business. Too many people are gross 🤢
Honestly, my husband and I had a pretty okay time living here until it came to move out. The office management told us one thing and then when we finally got our deposit back, they took money to fix the exact thing they told us we didn't need to worry about. Wish I would have gotten the first statement in writing so we could go back and tell the office how stupid they were. We loved the maintenance man, Joe, though.
