I see a bigger picture of Bear Realty Inc. here in Kenosha... I'm just concerned that the community isn't paying attention. As a Caregiver/Liason for elderly individuals, and At-Risk Families I'm witnessing the silent biases weaved into the housing offered to HUD participants and market renters, as well as the upkeep and response to maintenance issues.
