Would never recommend to a friend. We used Bear Realty when purchasing our first home. When we appeared to be interested in a home, our realtor suggested that we offer on the spot, playing us into the obvious ploy of a planted "earlier showing" that was gushing over the house when we arrived. She walked us through the property line, said that there was a recent survey on file, and suggested that having a well test wasn't at all necessary for the neighborhood. Bear Realty I have a neutral opinion on Bear. The realtor we had is no longer with Bear. She did show us many houses but was very unorganized. At the closing she even forgot who's closing she was at. I then wrote a letter to the "owner" who called me and basically told me I did not know what I was talking about and how dare I waste his time. She was gone shortly after. I know they have some great realtors now and would use one in particular if we ever need to sell & purchase another home.
