Our family had the pleasure of touring a home with one of their Brokers, Mr. Lucious. While we ultimately went another direction, I wished we would have found him sooner. It was clear that he cared about what his role is in assisting home owners/landlords/tenants alike, and was very transparent about the process and expectations. In the future, if our plans change, it is our hope to reconnect with Bear Realty for any housing needs.
Great group of people to work with in regards to looking for a rental property. They have a great system that is mostly online and its so easy you can fill out the application on a smart phone. Great communication too from the office. I would highly recommend them for your rental property needs.
