lt was great working with Richie on bathroom remodel project. Being senior citizens, my wife and I have the typical indecisiveness that comes with age. (ie. what plumbing changes, flooring, tiles, electrical and lighting changes do we want) Richie was very helpful in keeping things on tract, always pleasant, very knowledgeable in his recommendations. It was very refreshing working with a "real person" rather than a corporation. I highly recommend Richie Russo (Bear Plumbing).
Called the owner who came over in an emergency for a toilet leak. Found the problem and fixed my nightmare. So honest and reasonable.
