The strawberry ice cream w/ waffle cone was 10/10. They actually filled the cone up 🙏
How does an ice cream parlor run out of ice cream ? Especially strawberry and chocolate. How does an ice cream parlor say they don’t provide simples in a high end hotel. (The great wolf lodge) especially when they run out of the requested flavors. 1 star customer service
The ice cream quality isn’t bad it’s actually pretty good but this one worker just made the whole experience bad. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know what her name is but she was an African American lady on the heavier side in her 30s maybe. You could just tell she hated her job and hated working there. She came out while another worker was helping us and she yelled at him to get back to the register and snatched the ice cream out of his hand and then asked him what she needed to serve.
