We called about our broken boiler fan and 24 hours later we had heat again. Omar was on time, communicative and efficient! Other staff who took our call and helped find the parts were also great. Will be using these guys again.

Matt showed up promptly to a rental property I own. He found that the water leak was a simple clogged tube on the humidifier, and blew that out. He then pulled off a thermostat and snapped another back on. I was billed $550.00! Turns out he charges a $280.00 trip fee and $300.00 an hour for time which also includes trip time! So for a total driving time back and forth and time at the house, a total of two hours, (exaggerated) I was charged $550.00! Yes, I feel violated.

Alex with Bear Mountain Mechanical was such an incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable mechanic. He came to look at a heat pump we were having issues with in our condo complex. We never felt rushed or like we were trying to be sold solutions. He explained everything really well to both my husband and I AND the building engineers. He was literally the best.
