Heat zone valve motor was not working. Service Tech diagnosed the problem quickly, said it was a quick and easy fix. Told me the part was easy to order on-line and do it myself next time and that he would show me how to do it. Said it would save me "a couple of bucks" next time to do it myself, so I allowed him to proceed and show me. Took less than 15 minutes. He then informed me that I would be billed $480!!! We called about our broken boiler fan and 24 hours later we had heat again. Omar was on time, communicative and efficient! Other staff who took our call and helped find the parts were also great. Will be using these guys again.
