I've had an awful experience here. As prior reviewers said, the place is infested with cockroaches and other small bugs. The rent is overpriced for what you get, and the complex continues to cut corners to save money. The management also takes a long time to respond to maintenance requests. I would recommend looking for another apartment if you are considering this place.

I truly hope people read the reviews before renting here. The day we went to move in, the apartment was absolutely infested with cockroaches. Not only everywhere you looked, but when we opened the refrigerator it was infested with live cockroaches crawling everywhere. It was so bad that we never moved our stuff in and just forfeited our deposit and first months rent while we scrambled to find another apartment for my son.
Do NOT live here. I lived there less than two months living here due to the severity of the infestation. Even though I stayed for two months of my lease, I still paid my rent on time. Nevertheless, James Miller (property manager) refuses to return my deposit. He has zero professionalism. When I asked how I could sublease, he did not want to help me and showed alot of resistance. Please do not live here! Nobody deserves to live in these conditions.
The place is absolutely infested with roaches. I have even found eggs and several baby cockroaches. I have seen them go in and out of the cracks in the walls. The inside of the walls must be teeming with roaches. I see at least four a day, and they’re nocturnal. I only moved in a few days ago. The entire complex must be infested, seeing as the roaches are living in the walls. Disgusting and unsanitary, no one should have to live like this.
