I've really appreciated the care that Bear Home Care has been providing to my Mom. They were able to adapt services for her when her husband was being uncooperative with necessary care, and are very consistent, reliable, and communicate promptly when there are concerns that may need my attention or a Dr appointment for my Mom. With their help, my Mom is able to live independently at Bear Creek Villa with support that adapts to her abilities, needs, and respect for her preferences as these change for her over time.
Bear Home Care Services has been an absolute dream to work with! With our mom in independent care and waiting for long term, Bear Home Care has been the bridge to help us through. Mandeep and her team with Bear Home Care was such a blessing to my father and our family. He was living in Bear Creek Villa for one month. I hired them for escorts to and from meals and activities as well as medication administration (they were also a backup in case Fraser Health canceled for personal care).The staff were always friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.
