Mandeep and her team with Bear Home Care was such a blessing to my father and our family. He was living in Bear Creek Villa for one month. I hired them for escorts to and from meals and activities as well as medication administration (they were also a backup in case Fraser Health canceled for personal care).The staff were always friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. After an extended stay at the hospital, our mother required care and assistance as she returned to Bear Creek Villa. We were delighted to hear that Bear Care had begun work at the home and engaged their services. I can’t say enough about the support she has received. Mandeep and her team at Bear Home Services provided compassionate and thoughtful care for my mother during her recent illness. Having the care integrated right into Bear Creek Villa made things seamless, and Mandeep was very attentive and communicated well with our family. Having their services readily available helped relieve a lot of worry after her hospital discharge.
