Mandeep and her team at Bear Home Services provided compassionate and thoughtful care for my mother during her recent illness. Having the care integrated right into Bear Creek Villa made things seamless, and Mandeep was very attentive and communicated well with our family. Having their services readily available helped relieve a lot of worry after her hospital discharge. Mom felt very well supported, and we are grateful for the kind and timely care during her convalescence.
Bear Home Care provided excellent care for my mom when she lived at Bear Creek. When she moved to Bear Creek she was more independent, but as her health declined, she required more care and Bear Home Care was able to provide it before she needed to go to long-term care. She received care in the AM for washing up in the morning and getting up, and in the PM for preparing for bed, she also received received toileting help when she was on rapid decline and was given medications regularly. I can't even express in words how incredible Mandeep and her team of carers are with every aspect of our dad's life and care. Genuine dedication, diligence, follow through, accommodation and excellence in communication. So organized and prompt in meeting needs, sincere care and very friendly, warm staff made it a joy to know each one of them. There aren't enough stars for this amazing care team.
