We have had Bear out to our home several times for different reasons and they have always been very professional, honest, and efficient. Most recently, we had a new furnace installed and we were very pleased with the work that Mike and James did! We will definitely continue to use Bear for our heating and cooling needs!

The technician arrived and fixed my A/C issue very quickly. My only complaint is that they didn’t honor the 10 year parts warranty on the A/C installation that they did 7 years ago for the previous owner of my house. Seems like an excuse to me. If you’re thinking about getting a new system installed, go with a company that actually honors the warranty you pay for.
