I called at 7:30 in the morning for a no heat problem and Greg was at our house by 9:00. He took his time testing various areas searching for the problem. He got the part needed and in a few minutes we had heat. Bear Heating and Cooling is a great company and their people are pleasant and considerate.

My furnace went out on Saturday night. Called the after hours number the next morning. Mike called me back and after a couple questions, he had diagnosed the issue with a fix I was able to perform myself. Mike was professional and stayed on the phone to make sure the furnace fired up.
