BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH! Took my money a month later had not started the job, three weeks after that still not delivered. Owner Ira would never come to the phone!! Girls in the office blamed each other- HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM!!

Andreen was very helpful with the measurement over the phone for our glass whiteboard. I ve got a quote, placed the order and next day i had my whiteboard installed.

I dont know how good they are as a long run supplier. But i spent much time searching for 1" low iron glass and only bear glass had it. People were kind. Will try them again if i get a chance.

If there was an award for worst business practice, Bear Glass would be on the short list. I ordered two pieces of patterned glass to be tempered and the salesperson said he had the glass in stock and with tempering it would take about a week. I was busy with other jobs and did not check in with them until three weeks later. The rep said the glass was cut and was at the tempering facility. Another week goes by and I call to get an update.
