The management controlling scheduling cannot comprehend their job . Over a year worth of consecutive appointments and not a single day were they on time . When you express dissatisfaction you’ll be met with rude nurses . Keep your words to yourself here . They will not help you
Worst experience i have ever had at a hospital. 4.5 hours with chest pain and never seen the doctor. I finally just left. I asked to be released. 30 minutes later and no one came. I took off my heart monitor and still no one came. This place is horrible.
Number one, the staff of outpatient infusion are awesome. The nurses take excellent care of everyone in there and the scheduler is so kind! However, today again, I was there 3 hours for a one hour infusion of Benlysta. Benlysta can only be ordered after I arrive due to the expense. I believe this is policy and it’s probably a good one! Benlysta takes an hour to combine, so you can plan on 2 hours for sure! But when I’m there 3 hours because the pharmacy is backed up, that’s really hard!
