I called this morning for a problem with 2 circuit breakers that had gone bad. I was expecting to get on a waiting list or to schedule something weeks away. When I called, I got a voice message while at the same time I received a text asking me to explain the problem I was having. We then texted back and forth explaining the problem, sending my address, sending a picture of the electrical panel, getting a quote and a time he could do the repair today.
