For an all-bills paid complex these are honestly a steal. Not only are they affordable, but each unit has its own washer/dryer and I have not had any issues with roaches or mold, which is unfortunately common with most cheaper apartments in Waco. You get your own room, bathroom and a large closet. If you are moving in by yourself you can have up to 3 other roommates, but management does a personality match and the roommates I was placed with have been a great fit. The manager is awesome what makes things hard is maintenance and some office staff. Not to mention that the online pay system is so new with bugs that I almost was evicted for nonpayment when I was 100% on everything. Not too frustrating but still scary.
