Today is the second time that my husband has had surgery at Bear Creek. Both times everyone has been so incredibly supportive and kind. From the ladies as reception, to the nurses, nurse anesthetists, the anesthesiologists, and the doctors, everyone has been so amazing. I recommend Bear Creek 10/10!!!
From the moment I walked in the door the kindness and patience show by all of their staff from Mellisa to Amy to Kylie, Dr Mark to Dr Taunton to Monica. They were all very personable and uplifting. I will be retuning Wednesday for my other knee replacement and I look forward to seeing all of them again.
Bear Creek basically stated if we wanted the surgery we have to pre pay approx 4K so we did. After the surgery and insurance the amount we really owed was approximately only 2k. After fighting with them for 4-5 months they reimbursed the credit card for the 2k that was overpaid. A month later they sent us a check for the same amount of the refund. Overall fantastic performance and service by all. A special thanks to preop nurse Beth, she was absolutely professional and very caring in answering all my questions in preparation for my surgery. Everything from step by step, also introducing those that came in to check on me. Without any reservations, highly recommend Bear Creek Surgery Center to anyone.
