I’ve had a wonderful experience at Bear Creek Storage over the past several years. Lee has provided excellent customer service. She is always helpful and kind. The property/units are safe, accessible, and very clean. I would highly recommend this facility!
Elizabeth was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. Bear Creek Storage is a very clean place.
I use this for business storage and get a lot of deliveries. Lee is always so helpful and communicative about what’s being dropped off. And because multiple employees access the storage unit, we get a little bit of traffic and she does such a good job of balancing the need to screen who’s coming in and out but also flexibility to get our people in with just a quick phone call
