If I can give a ZERO star I would. Don't let the name fool you. Just because it's in Bear Creek doesn't mean it's good for storage. Long story short. We stored our whole lives in this storage for only 6 months. We came today to get our stuff out of storage and everything was full of rat droppings and unmentionables. It was awful. Our professional movers were appalled. They have seen nothing like it. We had no food at all in the storage and all of our furniture was wrapped professionally. But rats still found a way in. i was looking for a cheap place to store some stuff while i moved and saw this place was close by so i thought id check it out, its definately not fancy but it does the job and was way cheaper than the big chain places i looked at, the guy running it was real friendly and gave me a good deal on a smaller unit that fit most of my boxes and a few pieces of furniture. kinda annoyed honestly. we reserved a unit online then when we showed up they said it wasnt ready and gave us a different one thats a bit smaller and harder to reach. ended up fitting only about half our stuff in there before we gave up and came home with the rest. the place is clean and seems secure, nice gate and plenty of lights at night. saw a staff member driving around in a golf cart, seemed friendly enough thier website said thered be a discount but it didnt apply and when i asked about it they said it was for a promo... read more
