Customer beware!!!! This business will take your money, then when the work isn’t done they’ll refuse to refund you. We signed a contract with them back in November 2024, paid in full, and still don’t have a new roof to this day. Briana, the office manager, made excuse after excuse as to why we weren’t on the schedule. Bear creek roofing is very unprofessional and will not honor their warranty!!! We had BCR put on a new roof 3 years ago and two days after they finished the job the roof over the carport leaked. Maria S Berry not only assured us the roof would not leak but she also promised that if by chance it did leak she would personally take care of it right away. So I've scanned through the 1 star ratings and they all mention the lack of integrity of this company to ACTUALLY honor their warranty. I'm in the same boat, I had a full roof replacement which supposedly came with a 10 year warranty. Not long after the install one of the vents they replaced blew off from the wind.. I've contacted this company over 3 times and every time the lady in the office acts like it's the first time I've contacted them...
