Hey Folks. Guess your all right. Out of business. Owner wasent honest. Out of business. 09-01-2017. Lost license.
We asked to see a rental that was no close to our current home. The agent said he would be there "after church, around 12:15". We arrived at 12:15 and waited and waited. The realtor text that he was a deacon at his church had a graduate ceremony and that he would be a "bit". That little bit turned into him FINALLY showing at 5:30pm. Managed my rental property to a $10,000 loss and still owes me $500 dollars for repairs not rendered. Post rental basic repairs took 4 month followed by a 6 month listing at a price higher than was agreed upon. Perpetual excuses and attempts to pass blame to customer for lack of action/professionalism. Post realtor change home was under contract with new realtor in 3 days. I have also submitted a complain with BBB.
These people are crooks. They lie about everything. We moved into a rental of theirs that was filthy even though they said it had been "deep cleaned". The refrigerator had mold in it, there was crumbs and ants in all the kitchen cabinets. The carpets smelled moldy. We found black spore mold in the kitchen and bathrooms. That they took 6 months to do anything about. Worst people to rent from. After we moved in they said they were going to fix the toilets and other things that were wrong with the house and they never did i called them several times and they always had an excuse or did not answer the phone. When we finally move out they charged us for all kind of things including cleaning of the house which i made sure was clean before turning in the keys.
