We have used Bear Creek for many, many years and have been wonderfully satisfied with everything they do for us and our rental property. They go out of their way to help one with all their rental needs. All the staff and management deserve a huge high five for their services. Great communication, easy to get along with, and they also don't gouge the owners with huge fees and management fees. I would highly recommend them to help an owner rent their home of any kind! Our experience with this host was extremely upsetting. After staying in the first rental, we were accused of “destroying” the property even though the home already had visible wear and tear, and the only actual damage was a small accidental hole that our damage protection would have covered. The photos later provided clearly showed that normal cleaning would have been sufficient. I've been a renter of the same property for over 2 years. 5 months ago, the property went through it's third iteration of rental companies, and I got lucky enough to be switched to Bear Creek Real Estate. Since those 5 months, I have not received resolution or a general timeframe as to when I can expect my deposit to reflect through their web portal.
