Me and my Daughter's moved to Prescott about 20 years ago, we were starting over, so we decided to start a cleaning company, we made flyers and started passing them out to Realtors, Brenda Heath was so kind and understanding, she helped me and my Daughter's find a place that was affordable for us to rent, plus she helped us with work, being a single Mom with 3 children plus my niece, she was compassionate with helping us, She has a kind heart, we are very grateful for Bear creek caynon and the staff , Thank you so much

I was on a month to month lease! I gave my notice on 1st of February and paid rent and left the first week of February! The owner has non stop harrasing me! They are also trying to charge me for things iv paid and for March, April,may and now even June rent! I have proof of everything! They also are trying to charge me for damages done by the people before me that they already charged them for. had the not so lovely and incredibly unpleasant encounter with Brenda the owner/manager or whatever she pretends to be there. My fiancé and I had to find a new apartment when our roommate jumped out of our lease and we couldn’t afford our rent without him.
