We recently remodeled our family room and decided to use Bear Creek Design Group again. They remodeled our living room and stair railings three years ago. Although we had different sub contractors and a different project manager, DJ Santisteven, the results were the same high quality design, materials, and craftsmanship as before. I'm giving Bear Creek a 5 star not because our project was delivered seamlessly, but because our project manager, DJ Santistevan, worked to wrap up every last detail of the project in a timely manner and the finished project was as close to perfect as anyone could expect. Had a site visit one month ago. Still have not heard back with a quote or any follow-up. I guess we are not worthy of being "Bear Creeked"🤨
Talked about a project with them, was told they would get back to me with a price in 1 or 2 days. It has been over a week.. nothing.
