They will NOT help you in emergency on a good day let alone in a crisis time. Too many stories to share about them being non-responsive and if you wanted to speak to the dentist about it, forgot it, the front office will not allow it. Do yourself a favor and get a new dentist before you might have an emergency.

The back office staff are exceptional! Dr. Hummel is awesome, so was my tech. Front-office staff is luke warm, but slightly friendly. Not rude. Just come off a little robotic. My last visit a front staffer was very helpful and more friendly with the check in process on the iPad. Kudos*
My grandson's recent check-up was smooth as usual. The front desk staff, hygienist, and Dr Hummel were all professional and work great with children. Dr Hummel also got back to playing classic rock background music instead of 80's rap.
As always excellent! The staff greets me when I enter the office. Now no more paperwork- there is an iPad for all the routine questions. I would highly recommend Bear Creek Dental.
