I have brought my family to Bear Creek Dental since my daughter was a baby, and we always trusted their care. Unfortunately, things have changed a lot, and our last experience was very disappointing. They are always very kind and welcoming. Best dentist is have delt with yet, they try to be as gentle as possible and communicate very good about every. I thought for sure I was gonna lose my front teeth but they saved them and now I can smile and speak to people comfortably for the first time in a year or two!

I went in for a cleaning and check up and had a great experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and hygienist Kirsten was amazing- thorough , gentle and explained everything clearly. She really showed that she cares about her patients dental health. All my questions were answered with care and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this Dental office.

I have been going to bear creek for over 15 years and always recommended them, however over the last few years things changed a lot. At my most recent cleaning, the hygienist who was new, actually burnt my gums because the scaling tool she was using wasn’t hooked up to water, the tool overheated and burnt. I kept telling her it didn’t feel like it normally did and her response was that is was basically my fault because I waited too long between cleanings. I've been a patient here for the last 13 years, this business has slowly deteriorated with the exponential turnover of staff, multiple changes in ownership, their lack of accountability and their terrible customer service. It used to feel very welcoming and was a comfortable experience and now you just feel all they care about is the almighty dollar. Some of the staff are also of this new " Snowflake Generation " and are super sensitive. Definitely a time for a change and not for me !
