EXTREME DAMAGE TO CAR!!! Our 2001 CORVETTE just got very damaged at their Tomball location!!! One of the washing units ripped off a whole piece of the car!!!! The staff saw it happen and the manager started pointing fingers AND BLAMED MY HUSBAND SAYING HE HAD HIS FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE EQUIPMENT TO MALFUNCTION AND RUIN OUR CAR!!! We understand the frustration and apologize again for any shortcomings after the incident on our end but please understand there is no other way that the pusher roller would jump the tires instead of pushing the car through. It can also be evidenced from the picture you have posted that the damage is towards the front tires and no the rear. Please know we wash thousands of cars every month just like any other car wash and if the equipment was to malfunction on cars like that then all automatic car washes would shut down. Was yelled at because I was cleaning my car by the manager.
I took my 2013 RT Durango for a wash and was displeased I payed about 30 buck for a sorry ass car wash they clean windows half ass, and dont dry your vehicle off right. .. I worked detail for 6 yrs at a dealership my boss would fire everybody in that place, im so mad i have to take my vehicle to the dealership so they can fix my fender wall on my rear passenger side... and i know this because I dont drive my vehicle everyday I work on the boats and i normally wash my own vehicles but this one day I was in a rush so I let thi... read more
