The VA hospital forced me to visit with “Dr” Streich in order to determine my VA mental health claim that has been open for the past 10 years. Her evaluation of me was that I did have PTSD as a result of issues occurred during my time in service, but because the VA has taken so long to do anything about it, I’m pretty much ok now. Dr. Streich was very knowledgeable and gave detailed training to assist with my understanding of FBA/BIPs.
Dr. Streich put on a greats presentation at my district. She made the presentation enjoyable and shared plenty of funny, relatable moments.
I am struggling with some major life changes. A friend had been to BCBH and suggested I make an appointment with Dr Streich. I am so glad I did. While Dr Streich was sympathetic to my plight, she quickly taught me several coping skills to lessen my stress. Her listening skills and suggestions for coping made me feeling I could better manage the stress of my life changes. I made another appointment and look forward to continuing to strengthen my resolve to deal with change.
