Beware of Management at Hawthorne – Lack of Communication & Accountability I would strongly advise against renting here due to the unprofessional management and lack of accountability. My experience has been frustrating from start to finish. For weeks, I requested a copy of my lease to be uploaded to my resident portal through multiple phone calls and emails. Anika made the entire process of getting my rental set up so fast and easy. She was very accommodating and helpful— I appreciate you! The apartment is also wonderful, the amenities are great and I have had no issues thus far. Highly recommend :)
These apartments by far are not worth what you pay for them, but the amenities really pick up where the apartments fell. The office people are extremely nice and helpful. The apartments are so small no room for storage anywhere no cabinet space nothing hardly at all, when I moved in which hasn't been month hardly the garbage disposal was nasty n so stuck it wouldn't even work , then the dishwasher was over flowing into my floor, the stove wouldn't shut all the way, and neither the fridge, plus I seen roaches a few times, had... read more
