I visited Bear Country USA on 10/12/20. The hooves of the big horn sheep were EXTREMELY overgrown. Several of them could hardly walk. It looked so painful. Don't these animals get any hoof maintenance?

Control the entrance better. We were in line for 45 minutes prior to the gates opening. 15 minutes to opening a truck, white van, and a suburban made a non existent 3rd row and cut everyone in the line. It was very clear that the line to the entrance was down the highway and they had no care in the world to cut off more than 100 cars already in line.

We just love bear country! They are so kind and informative at the gate, the girls at the ticket booth at quick and were so helpful with questions....We just love this place. We have been here 3 times now on cross country trips, although normally in April. It was a nice change of pace to come later in the year and our next turn around the states in 2021 is definitely including bear country again! Can't say enough how worth every penny it is! No cub feeding for us in April this year but All the animals are great, I mean let's... read more

We were very excited to visit Bear Country. After a long drive to Bear Country we were told the drive was about 3 hours. We were not expecting stand still traffic. Very disappointing and our children were not very happy. Signs say to pull to the side if you want to stop but we had to wait many times for people who apparently didn’t read this sign. Bear Country should add some restrooms at the opening of the park for families because expecting children to wait 3 hours in the car to get to the restroom is unrealistic.
