I called this morning to make an appointment for a repair for our bus. They were recommended to us by another business. As soon as I introduced myself and the fact that we are a nonprofit organization that owns a mobile clinic that offer services to people, the lady that answered rudely cut me off and hang up on me without allowing me to finish my sentence.
