Excellent customer service and delicious salted caramel ice cream, among other great treats!
I visited yesterday afternoon. It was the best ice cream I have had in a long time. Salted caramel was awesome. We will definitely stop in again on our next trip to New Bern!
Will not return. The woman behind the counter was by far the rudest person I have ever been in contact with. After dealing with her “I hate my job” attitude, I went to walk away and realized I needed an extra spoon. When I asked her for one, she screamed at me. I couldn’t tell you if the ice cream was good. We felt so belittled that we just threw it away outside. We will not make the mistake again.

One of the many great parts of New Bern. Friendly staff and awesome treats. Plus, they support the local businesses and sell Simply Natural ice cream!!
