So I went into bear chiropractic and forgot my insurance card in which I have Medicaid and they tell me that’s fine bring it in on your next visit and they’ll reimburse me and they didn’t tell me how much is was gonna cost before hand which I ended up spending 375$, so I bring it on my next visit give them my card they put it in the system and told me it take a couple days to go through, so I call them like 4 days later and they tell me that’s with my insurance the appt are gonna be 67$, so I asked what does my insurance cov... read more
This is in response to Isaiah's review. So I want to point out that he already said he forgot to bring his insurance cards with him. So trying to make that the focal point is pretty much irrelevant. Fact of the matter is, is that you told him that if he paid you in cash or debit card, that you'd reimburse him once his insurance went thru. He also called his insurance and they told him that they cover everything he had done in your office. Dr. Aaron seems like a really down to earth guy. Explains things so there’s no mystery to treatments. Highly recommend.

You can tell Dr. Aaron cares about each patient and their specific needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when it comes to treating a patient. I have had back issues for many years and have seen multiple chiropractor’s in Grand Rapids and Dr. Aaron in the best. Amber, his massage therapist, also a huge contributor and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
