I met Chris Jr at Lowe's where he works. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a wonderful attitude towards customer service. I asked for a recommendation for a sheetrock installer, an electrician and a tile guy... he called his brother Ryan, who does sheetrock, and Ryan came out a couple days later, looked at my job, gave me a very reasonable bid and proceeded to do a great job for me.
