I have a 1999 SUV, and, although it has more wrong with it, all I wanted done is one window fixed (it would not go up). BTW, I love their drop-off and pick-up options! I chose drop-off, because they're only about 2 blocks from my house. I dropped it off in the late morning and it was done that afternoon! Everyone tells me the labor charge and overall price was very reasonable. Now I can drive the old bomb when it's cold or raining! I'll be going back there if I have other vehicle repair needs!

RecommendedThis shop was recommended by a friend. Andrew is a real one. He picked my car up and took it in for service. I was able to list out all my complaints when I made my appointment online. He came up with a plan to fix my concerns and did so at a very reasonable cost. After returning my vehicle he felt all of my concerns hadn’t been fixed, he scheduled another appointment with the vehicle to troubleshoot some more possible issues. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it same day. 10/10 would recommend.
It was SO easy! They picked up my car when they said they would, changed my oil, patched a tire (that had a slow leak), checked my brakes, and brought it back mid-afternoon. No hassle, no worries, all good. Prices are fair, very professional team, and I didn't have to leave my house. This was great.
The added customer service of picking up and dropping off the car is fantastic! I was able to work from home while they fixed my car, instead of worrying how I was going to get back and forth to get it all taken care of. They also got everything done in one day! My go-to service folks from this point on.
Anyone looking for quality, afordable car service should definitely consider Bear Car Care. They picked my car up from work, worked on it during my work day and dropped it off to me for the commute home. Very reasonably priced and they did a great job on the car! Highly recommend!

I will never take my car anywhere else for anything! They do an amazing, fairly prices work for everything from oil changes to big repairs!
I just bought a used car with some known (and unknown) issues. They picked up my car, called us with the diagnosis, fixed it, and returned it before I had to go to work! The prices were much less than the dealer or Autozone gave us. Andrew is now my go-to mechanic!
