Bear Canyon is an amazing place to live! From the application to now, the entire experience has been very positive. Nicole, Jeanette, Phil, and Ryan (and the entire maintenance team) have been extremely helpful, professional, and communicative. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-managed! The entire complex is also very safe with gates that are closed every night and during time on the weekends as well.
