I contracted with Bear Builders to add an enclosed porch to my home, The work was subpar and now I have to pay $10k to repair the water damage Bear left behind. When I contacted the owner he acted like we never did business. Be careful out there.
Has a three season sunroom installed. Scott Bear is a professional business owner that stands behind his word. His employees (installers) made sure my husband and I were satisfied with every aspect of the installation of the doors and windows. Cleaned up after each working day. We're very happy with our sunroom.
Our sun room was built in 2008. My wife and I spend most of our free time in this room. It has to be the best investment we have made in the home we have shared for over 30 years.
