Excellent Gun and Ammo Shop Inventory is well stocked, the staff are friendly , well versed on their products, and extremely helpful. The shop is always clean. Whether I made a purchase or not, the folks there have served me well and met my needs.

Some People Been shopping there for many years. The service is always excellent. People that complain about Bear Arms are usually those know-it-alls that know something about everything. They deserve the response they get if any. I've been there many times when these idiots walk in the door. When they don't get what they want, they run to the internet and complain like big babies. Remember, when you want something from someone, being nice usually helps. But when you act like a spoiled idiot you usually don't get what you wan... read more

Backing up an upstanding business!!! It blows me away that people always take more time to complain than give praise when due. So, with that said..... I have only been going in there for a little less than a year. I didn't make a purchase until recently, about a few weeks ago. I bought a couple Benchmade knives, and have been back several times since and bought every time, including today, and placed a special order on another Benchmade knife that i CAN get elsewhere. But, when you receive good customer service, you can't pu... read more

Mike has it wrong!!! The guy who said he was '30 yrs old with money to burn in his pocket' and said the 'big guy' told him "I don't think so" when he tried to buy a gun is the one who has it WRONG. The 'big guy' has amazing people skills and great perception and did us all a favor by not letting this arrogant piece of crap buy a gun in his store. I've known the 'big guy' for over 20 years and I thank him for protecting us from idiots who shouldn't 'bear arms'. I'm glad he told his friends to stay away and I hope he does to -... read more

Very Helpful and Fair Pricing! My wife and I went their today not knowing much about guns. We were looking for a handgun for her for home defense and target shooting. The sales person took about 20 minutes with us going over all the different features of the possible choices and took his time to make sure we understood. We left there very happy and decided before we purchase a weapon to check out some other shops. We went to another store in Kent, WA and was amazed at the difference in attitude. This new store had a younger ... read more

learned lesson I called bear arms wondering if they had 9mm ammo, yep ten boxes left he replied. I was ten minutes away i told him ,and kindly asked if he could put two boxes aside. His reply was one box per customer and we don't hold anything, i told him that was ok i am bringing my girlfriend and we would both buy one box each. You coming in separately he asked. I would think if we paid separately it would be like two paying customers . So i get there in ten minutes and no 9mm left , after that i purchased a hand gun anywa... read more

Such Arrogance... Our National Guard unit was sending a small number of troops to Iraq and one leg of their flight required commercial air travel. In accordance with TSA rules any weapons that were to be transported, were to be inside a hard case locked with two padlocks locks. As a supply sergeant I needed to get these cases immediately and the closest shop was Bear Arms. The employees were not so friendly nor welcoming, on top of that as the cases were being rung up, as this was a government purchase on a government purcha... read more

The soldier has it right I have been a resident of Covington for 10 years. I grew up on the coast of washington and I still have some home town values. I walked into Bear Arms and looked at the selection of guns offered.I asked the large man behind the counter if I could look at a gun he had just shown to another customer. At the time I was a young looking 30 year old with a great job and a pocket full of money burning a hole in my pocket. He looked at me and said I Quote " I don't think so" I was soo mad I have not been bac... read more

thank you bear arms Very helpful. I went in looking for a rem 870 and they didn't have one in stock but was more than willing to order it for me. So I asked what else they had and they showed me what they had. I asked the diffence between what I got and the 870 and they told me that there is no comparison as that the one I got is semi auto and the the 870 is a pump action. So honesty is always nice. Needless to say I am now the proud owner of a stoager m2000 semi auto 12ga. Thank you bear arms for the courtesy and a++ custom... read more
