Place used to be nice. They keep increasing the rent every year by $100-$125 a month, which eats any raise you get pretty much at work. Forced all the older people out on fixed income because of it, and they took care of their stuff inside and out. Theyre nearing "Luxury" apartment prices with cabinets from the late 80s. Management was great when I first came here 3 years ago, but now theyre acting like its an HoA and telling you what you can and cant put on your own patio and such. Moved here recently and I have zero complaints. Gail is great and always on top of things! So far, I have really enjoyed being a tenant. Any issues are addressed right away and the property is very well maintained.
Very nice place to live! Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of, office staff (Gail and Taylor) are always very helpful and friendly, and the bird/animal life on the ponds is a refreshing bonus that’s fun for the kids and the adults alike.

nice place. quiet, good for kuds and the ponds are great. good maintenance and grounds are kept well. Gail and Taylor are always on top of any issues ive had here.
