Felix is efficient, communicates an easily understood explanation of work being done, and friendly. He is also a great representative of Beantown.
Eric was very informative and explained everything he was doing. At the end he explained what he did and the status of the air conditioner system.
Very good company to work with. Brian came today and corrected my boiler problem right away. Highly recommend them
Beantown is very good about responding promptly to last minute service calls. Technician Ricardo Mendez is very professional, competent and thorough. He was able to diagnose and correct our situation very methodically and then explained everything to us in a friendly and understandable way.
