Brian and Anders came and looked at my heating unit and AC. My heating unit is old and will need a few new parts but I dont need a new system -- yet. I got an AC tune-up and signed up for their maintenance agreement. Very happy with the service.
We brought in 3 HVAC vendors to quote the installation of mini-splits in our home in Marshfield. Beantown was the best of the 3-they stand by their work. They arrived right on time- worked efficiently- showed us how the system worked and cleaned up afterwards. Kevin Hickey was great to work with on tte Sales end along Shane and Cody and team doing the install. I highly recommend using Beantown!
Shaun was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Courteous. Felt very confident I was making the best decision as a homeowner. And very neat !!!!!!
I was very happy with Dan and looking after my air conditioner. Did a great job very pleasant and would recommend them and will use them again.
After 3 plumbers, and a lot of $$$ spent, Sean from Beantown came out to investigate a loud banging from our boiler that we’ve had going on for months. And he was able to recreate the noise and diagnose it! Bonus - he was super nice and accommodating. Now just waiting on the estimate and repair. The cost for the visit/diagnostic was reasonable (less than previous plumbers we’ve used) - and it gets applied to the estimate/repair. Would recommend Beantown for sure.
