They blatantly lie about insurance claiming someone isn’t covered. Insurance contacted and individual is covered and they were never even contacted by this business.
I love the location, the staff, the friendly of the staff especially Doctor Woods. I started out with her seeing 1 of my 4 children children now she has them all. She has helped in so many ways and has always been avaliable for every scheduled appointments. Nice waiting area with cartoons playing on TV to enjoy, nice clean bathroom and a nice refrigerator with free water and a keriug coffee machine with condiments (sugar, Creamer, cups and straws), which is much needed for early morning appointments. Wonderful experience! The most thorough wellness exams for my 9 mo & 3 yr old. It was wild with both kids but the staff was patient & understanding. I loved Dr. Barnes-Woods; she was personable & professional, & she answered my many questions without hesitation. I felt confident that she knows what she’s doing & has my children’s best interests at heart.
