Beans on Broad is a fantastic small town coffee shop. The shop is rustic wood from a coffeehouse back in the 90s hangout. There was one barista at the time but she did a phenomenal job! Very little wait time even though she was alone. Very friendly. Great prices. Great service. Great food. Amazing coffee (with lots of choices). I make sure to stop every time I'm in the area.
I wanted to like this place - the atmosphere was cute and the staff was friendly, but my coffee (iced chubby monkey latte) didn’t even taste like it had coffee in it, and the lids were too big for the cup so it kept spilling all over me. Perhaps the hot coffee is better, but do not recommend getting an iced latte.
Very nice coffee shop with cozy seating choices. The coffee is good and served hot. I recommend.
Had the opportunity to try this coffee joint out for the first time this past weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was one of the best bagels I've had. Ask for crispy bacon, and it just might be one of your favorite bagels of all time. The coffee was also delicious.
My first impression was that for its size, it still had a cozier atmosphere comfortable with varied types of seating. Sometimes when you're in areas that are closer to rural areas, the coffee shops can become very sterile and cold. And in this cold weather it was actually quite the opposite. And the coffee was good, and the staff was friendly, so that's awesome!
