I was referred to Lisa after I made an offer on a home and am extremely happy I went with her. She was thorough, personable, professional, and definitely knew what she was doing. The inspection report was well written. I would definitely use her services again.

If you are looking for the most thorough home inspectors look no further!!!! Andy and Lisa are some of the most polite and professional I have dealt with. After using others for our first prospective homes and not getting what we paid for I found Beans on line. I feel we got so much more than expected. They took the time to explain everything and even went through the detailed report after the inspection. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely recommend their services.

Recently made an offer on a home and was recommended Lisa and Andrew of Beans Home Inspection to inspect the property. I have used the Beans twice now for the purchase of two separate properties. The first was a townhouse years ago and the most recent was for the forever home for my family. Knowing how thorough the inspectors were with the purchase of the townhouse gave me peace of mind for the purchase of our new home.
