Not gonna lie…everytime I come here it falls flat. The people are nice but the food is never warm and the drinks are just okay. In fact today, I was the only person in the drive thru and all I wanted was a blueberry muffin toasted. That’s it. It was frozen when I received it. Just not the best beans and brews around. Better off going somewhere else
Beans & Brews has been my favorite coffee shop for years. I genuinely love their drinks and have been a loyal customer for a long time. Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple of strange experiences at this specific location, one a few years ago and one today. I arrived at 5:36 p.m., and this location closes at 6 p.m. I ordered a sandwich (just egg) and a frozen Mr. B’s, but I was told the ovens were already shut off because it was 30 minutes until closing. If you're going through the drive though, I'd avoid this location. We pulled up, and they asked what we'd like. In the middle of us ordering, a second voice cut us off and asked if this was a mobile order. When we said no, they said 'well pull up to the window then' which we did. We ended up sitting in the drive through, while employees walked a few drinks over and sat them next to the window. Always amazing service, awesome, young female manager and Baristas are personable, professional and patient. Most importantly, they have never screwed up my drink. I have never once had an issue with anyone at this particular spot. Great service, great charging ports, fast wifi, clean bathrooms. Love it.
