I ordered 5 items, and I tipped too because I understand that's quite a bit in a order. They were very kind, and I get that working in costumer service is stressful. I am quite frustrated though because out of my 5 items only 2 of them were what I actually ordered. They made one of my drinks wrong, and gave me 2 sandwiches which I didn't order.
Cute shop, nice and tidy. Their oven was broken, but their coffee was great.
I'd like to bring up a concern I've experienced during my recent visits. When I order a dairy alternative chai, I've noticed that it often contains chai from the bubbler, which includes powdered skim milk. This has been a bit disappointing, as I rely on dairy alternatives. I would greatly appreciate it if the staff could be reminded to avoid using products with dairy in them for these orders.
