This used to be my favorite Beans location. But lately, I’ve been getting a lot of not so good drinks. Too bitter, or too sweet, unbalanced flavors, or just straight up made incorrectly (no mocha in my mocha latte, for example). Also, long wait times (10-15 minutes) even though there’s few or no other customers in front of me. Love Beans but this location needs some attention to get back to what it used to be.
We’ve been dedicated Beans clients for a while now. As I’m writing this, at 1:00 pm on a Saturday, I’m completing my tenth minute waiting for the employee working the drive thru to come to the window. Whoever y’all have hired to work weekends is TANKING your service. You’re not busy, and I’m not the only one to have experienced this. They give you good coffee but it's a gamble on what you get. Once they forgot my flavoring, I rarely get it extra hot like I ask and sometimes the size changes from the speaker to the window but the coffee is always good.
I ordered an orange juice and asked if they could top it off with lemonade, and the result was absolutely delicious. The ladies who helped me were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had a chance to try the coffees or teas yet, but based on this experience, I’m definitely impressed so far.
