Extremely slow service. I ordered an iced pecan latte and it definitely didn't have any flavor. Second time going and both times were disappointing so will not be back. :/ Other issues are the app doesn't have good descriptions of beverages and drinks are costly for the sizes. I was excited to try a new coffee place but it wasn't good.
Worked here. Management is terrible, definitely needs a new manager. The other coworkers are friendly and great. But this location is not it.
Decent coffee, very slow but friendly service during peak times
So bizarre. The coffee was barely at room temperature. I brought it back, the server offered to “reheat it.” I had to go back up and get it, the server did not bring it to me, and it was still barely warm. $23 for two small coffees and egg/bacon croissants. I wish I could get my $1 tip back. Don’t know what possessed me to tip b/f I got food or service. Will not be going back.
Love my local Beans and so does my tiny dog! He gets tiny pup cups! Sweet staff and they make amazing iced lattes.
