Apparently I’m willing to travel for good coffee and competent people. 😂☕️ I literally drive PAST a closer Beans & Brews to come to this location because they open at 5:00 AM and they GET. IT. DONE. Fast? ✅ Efficient? ✅ Order actually right? ✅ Superb customer service at an hour when most of us are barely functioning as human beings? ✅😂 Seriously, this crew deserves some recognition. My favorite place to order drinks always have had good service for the most part but yesterday was not at all a good day . The customer service I got when I noticed my delivery was on a pick up right after I called right away seeing if I could cancel that order and do a delivery but was told flat out no and there is nothing I can do so she was telling me basically you don’t get your drinks or your money back . There is always something people can do for there customers she could have even offered to me I could pick up later ... read more
